Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nyarutarama Sports Club. By registering, booking, entering, or using any of our facilities including the Gym, Sauna & Massage, and Tennis Court, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General Membership & Access

• Access is limited to registered members, approved guests, or clients with valid bookings.
• Memberships and packages are non-transferable unless approved by management.
• Members must check in before using any facility.
• The club reserves the right to refuse access or suspend services for rule violations.

2. Payments & Fees

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise approved.
• Accepted payments include cash, bank transfer, mobile money, or other approved methods.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• The club may revise prices with prior notice.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• All services require booking through official club channels.
• Late arrival may reduce session time without refund.
• Late cancellations may be charged in full.
• Management may reschedule bookings due to operational or safety reasons.

4. Gym Rules

• Proper sportswear and clean athletic shoes are required.
• Equipment must be used responsibly and returned after use.
• Members must wipe equipment after use.
• Medical conditions should be disclosed before training.

5. Sauna & Massage Rules

• Services are provided by appointment only.
• Clients must disclose medical conditions before sessions.
• Sauna use must follow recommended time limits.
• Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate service termination without refund.
• Massage services are strictly professional and therapeutic.

6. Tennis Court Rules

• Court use requires a valid booking.
• Only proper tennis shoes are allowed.
• Players must respect their allocated time.
• Damage to facilities is the responsibility of the user.

7. Health & Safety

• Facilities are used at the member’s own risk.
• The club is not responsible for injuries not caused by negligence.
• Personal belongings remain the owner’s responsibility.
• All safety instructions must be followed.

8. Conduct & Discipline

• Respectful behavior toward staff and members is mandatory.
• Harassment, violence, or abusive language is prohibited.
• The club may suspend or terminate access without refund for misconduct.
• Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are prohibited unless designated.

9. Photography & Media

• The club may take photos or videos for promotional use.
• Members consent to reasonable use unless objected to in writing.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• The club is not liable for loss, damage, or injury except as required by law.
• Members agree to indemnify the club against misuse or breach of terms.

11. Changes to Terms

• The club may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
